1. Description of Service

SkinClearAI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered skin analysis, personalized skincare routines, progress tracking, and product recommendations. Our service is intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of SkinClearAI, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

2.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use SkinClearAI. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes limited features (3 skin scans) and is available indefinitely. No payment information is required for the free tier.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are available as:

• Weekly Plan: $5.99 per week, billed weekly
• Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month, billed monthly

3.3 Free Trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.

3.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device
• Select SkinClearAI and tap "Cancel Subscription"
• Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

SkinClearAI, including its AI models, algorithms, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to SkinClearAI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your photos solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy or reliability of skin analysis results
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKINCLEARAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
